Currently, Pro and Enterprise plans support your custom company logo without Visiofy branding.

To create your first project, log into app.visiofy.com and click on "create" o your left side. You can then upload your file in the desired format, along with your texture files depending on which software you're using. Wait for the file(s) to process and you're all set!

If you're on the Pro plan or higher, you can upload your company logo in your Organization's settings.

1. Go to Organization.
2. Under Company logo, click Browse.
3. Select your image file to upload.

Your logo will appear in the viewer in the top-left corner across all virtual spaces in your account.

You can add new users from your organization settings.

1. Go to Organization.
2. Click Add new user.
3. Enter the user’s details and confirm.

The new user will be added to your organization and can access your Visiofy account.

To move between floors, use the Elevation tool in Walk mode.

1. Make sure you are in Walk mode.
2. Click or tap the Elevation tool icon  (the icon showing a person on a slider in the top-right corner ).
3. Use the height slider to move up or down until you reach the desired floor level.

The view will smoothly adjust as you change the height, allowing you to stop at the correct floor.

Visiofy's Paint tool lets you change the color of surfaces directly inside the space.

1. Open the Paint tool from the top-right toolbar (the icon with the roller brush).
2. Choose a color from the palette.
3. Click or tap the surface you want to recolor (for example: a wall, floor, or cabinet).
4. Repeat to paint other surfaces, or pick a new color anytime.

Changes are applied instantly, so you can quickly test different looks.

 Visiofy currently supports Visiofy currently supports Archicad, Chief Architect, Live Home 3D, Sketchup, Revit, and Vertex BD. 

 Keep models under one million triangles. A higher count than this results in failed processing..

Yes, Visiofy has free tier and a two-week free trial for the full version. No credit cards or billing information are required for the free version or trial period.

Yes. Alongside subscriptions, Visiofy has a pay-per project model which is especially suitable for construction companies and property developers.
