How to Use Visiofy’s AI Rendering Tool

AI rendering helps sales teams and architects create polished visualization images easily and quickly. Visiofy now includes a built-in AI rendering tool alongside its walkable virtual space solution, allowing users to create both an interactive virtual model and realistic visualization images effortlessly within the same tool and view.

This article explains step by step how to start using the AI rendering tool quickly and effectively.

1. Move Around the Virtual Space and Find Your Camera Angle

Once you have uploaded your 3D model to Visiofy, you can move around the virtual environment normally and stop at the view from which you want to create a visualization image.

When you find a suitable camera angle, you can take a screenshot directly from the virtual space by pressing the ✨ button in the menu on the right side.

At this stage, you can also adjust the field of view and select your preferred aspect ratio.

2. Write a Prompt to Define the Style and Details

In the next step, you define elements such as the architectural style, lighting, materials, surroundings, atmosphere, and season for the image.

Create a prompt that describes the desired result as accurately as possible, for example:

Modern Scandinavian detached house, vertical spruce cladding, matte black standing seam metal roof, slim black aluminum window frames, dark smooth wooden front door, evenly cut short grass lawn, narrow light gray gravel path on the right side of the house, lush mixed forest in the background, soft warm evening light before sunset, long soft shadows to the right, non-reflective roof surface, window glass lightly reflects the sky and surroundings.

For general mood images, a shorter and more high-level description is often enough. More precise and fully polished images usually require a longer and more detailed prompt.

From the menu in the bottom-right corner, you can choose how many different versions of your prompt will be rendered. We recommend selecting at least three versions so you can choose the most successful one for further refinement.

3. Generate the Image and Review the Results

Generate the image and wait for the software to create the different versions.

Review the options and select the one you are most satisfied with for further editing.

If none of the generated images match your expectations, you can select the original screenshot from the left side and try again by refining your prompt.

4. Refine the Image Further

Choose your preferred image version and continue refining it with additional prompts in the same way as before.

If needed, finalize details such as windows, landscaping, facade materials, or interior surfaces.

NB: If an edit is refined too many times, the image quality may start to deteriorate. Once you achieve a good result, copy the prompt you used and add it after the original prompt instead of replacing it entirely. It's a good idea to store your prompt versions in a separate text file.

5. Export the Image in 2K or 4K Resolution

Upscale the image to a high-quality resolution and save it for presentations, sales materials, or customer communication.
